Important – The roads to the farm are narrow in places. Where possible, please use the A27 as your route in but if you are planning to arrive via Steyning then we recommend cars only.
From A24 – Please note: We do not advise bringing coaches in on this route.
Follow the A24 until you get to the Washington Roundabout. Take the Steyning (A283) exit. Follow this road to the end until you get to a roundabout. From here take the 4th exit into Maudlin Lane. Follow this lane up to the ‘T’ junction and turn left into Annington Road. Passies Pond and Church Farm are approx. 3 miles along the road.
For the A24 for Coaches : Follow the A24 until you get to the A27 signed to Worthing. Take the A27 past Lancing. Turn left at double traffic lights sign posted Lancing College and Coombes. Follow for 2 miles.
From A27 :
Coming from Brighton turn right at double traffic lights sign posted Lancing College and Coombes. Follow for 2 miles.
Coming from Worthing :
Take the A27 past Lancing. Turn left at double traffic lights sign posted Lancing College and Coombes. Follow for 2 miles. Coming from London/Crawley : Take the A23 then turn off at the A27 junction to Worthing. Follow through the tunnel Turn right at double traffic lights sign posted Lancing College and Coombes. Follow for 2 miles.
